Generals Conditions of Use

The purpose of these generals conditions of use (referred to as « GCU ») is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions under which Dorcent Technology makes the Website and Services available and to define the terms and conditions under which the User may access and use the Services.

ARTICLE 3 : Website availability

The Website is accessible free of charge to any User (with Internet access), 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in cases of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruptions that may result from maintenance requirements.

The Company reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to temporarily or permanently shut down the Website or access to one or more of the Services in order to update, modify or change operational methods, servers and hours of accessibility, without this list being limited.

The Company reserves the right to make any changes and improvements to the Website and the Services that it deems necessary or useful for the proper functioning of the Website and its Services.

Responsibility of the Users

The User agrees to access and use the Website and Services in accordance with applicable laws and these Generals Conditions of Use.

The User is solely responsible for any direct or indirect damage that he/she may suffer as a result of inaccurate, incomplete and/or misleading information that he/she provides when using the Services.

The User agrees to make a fair use of the Website, in particular not to circumvent the Website and its Services.

Responsibility of the Company

ARTICLE 10 : Applicable law and jurisdiction

French law applies to this contract. In the event of failure to resolve a dispute between the parties amicably, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear it.
